Product Introduction
The LG Series Air-Water Cooled Rotary Slag Cooler is a specialized equipment designed for the dry cooling and conveying of high-temperature slag from circulating fluidized bed boilers and bubbling bed boilers. It is an ideal continuous slag discharge and cooling equipment for power plants and centralized heating boiler rooms. This device incorporates the advantages of various manufacturers and has improved design principles and manufacturing processes, effectively overcoming issues such as slag leakage, water leakage and wear.
Working Principle of the Slag Cooler
The slag cooler primarily consists of a double-layer sealed sleeve with fixed internal spiral blades, a feeding and exhaust device, water inlet and outlet devices, a transmission mechanism, and a base. When the sleeve is rotated by the transmission mechanism, the high-temperature slag discharged from the boiler is guided forward by the spiral blades inside the sleeve. Cooling water flows continuously and evenly through the sealed space between the sleeves, while cooling air circulates inside the sleeve. This process gradually cools the hot slag.
