Structural Features

Fully Sealed Housing: Prevents dust leakage, with side plates and bottom plates lined with 16Mn wear-resistant steel.

Wear-Resistant Guides: Equipped with wear-resistant guides on both the load-bearing and empty sections. The empty section uses a U-shaped guide chute structure to prevent the scraper from scraping against the housing.

High-Strength Scraper Chains: Made of 20CrMnTi high-strength forged chains with surface carburization treatment. The chain rods are fixed with pins and snap rings for easy replacement.

Heat-Resistant Design: The head section adopts a suspended structure, suitable for adjusting scraper chains under high-temperature conditions.
